Hi Hannah! I’m so glad this was helpful! As far as neighborhoods, it depends on what you’re looking for. In Centro, you will find more of the colonial-style homes, old Merida. Santa Ana, Santiago, Santa Lucia are some of my favorite areas in Centro. If you’re looking for more of a modern vibe with things like Costco, upscale eateries etc, North Merida and neighborhoods like Montebello and Benito Juarez may be a better fit.
